Greetings,
I have run across a problem using feat. After I run my analysis everything appears to have gone alright, but the report doesn't show either the threshold activations or the time series plot for any of my ev's. In examining the feat directory I am unable to find the thres_zstat1, cluster_mask_zstat1 or the rendered_thres_zstat1 files. Is there any reason why these files wouldn't be created?
