Hi

I suspect that you're not using a z_stat map which has been transformed
into highres space - by default, you have only calculated the necessary
transformation matrices. You can check this using avwsize on highres
and on the stats image - voxel numbers and dimensions need to match for
it to work in the current version of fslview.
If you need to apply the transformation to the stats images you can try
the command line program featregappply or do it by hand, i.e. when you
want to see the overlay on the highres:

flirt -in thresh_zstatX -ref highres -out HR_zstatX -applyxfm -init
example_func2highres.mat

(the usual health warning apply when resampling statistics images!)

HR_zstatX should then work as an overlay for a highres underlay.
hope this helps
christian
