Hi again, In running FEAT on a rather large dataset (just over 1300 volumes), but a very simple block design, the FEAT report contains no results, just an image of the design matrix. The log in FEATwatcher seems to have some errors; looks like certain files cannot be accessed, but these seem to be files that FEAT itself created. I am pasting that output below. I have run FEAT successfully many many times before. Any help in sorting this out will be much appreciated. Thanks, Michael Started FEAT at Wed Dec 22 15:49:54 EST 2004 on lipton-dt /bin/cp /tmp/feat_002388.fsf design.fsf /usr/local/fsl/bin/feat_model design Total original volumes = 1310 /usr/local/fsl/bin/avwroi /home/lipton/data/20041221Clyde/fmrib example_func 655 1 /usr/local/fsl/bin/betfunc /home/lipton/data/20041221Clyde/fmrib prefiltered_func_data_bet /usr/local/fsl/bin/ip prefiltered_func_data_bet filtered_func_data 10 -s 2.12314225053 -m mask -I 10000 -t 20.0 -1 | grep THRESHOLD | awk '{ print }' - 1000.000000 rm -rf prefiltered_func_data* /usr/local/fsl/bin/film_gls -rn stats -sa -ms 5 -sp /usr/local/fsl/bin/susan_smooth filtered_func_data design.mat 1000.000000 Log directory is: stats Loading image...Signal 6 /usr/local/fsl/bin/contrast_mgr stats design.con AvwOpen: Error while opening header!: No such file or directory Signal 11 Rendering using zmin=2.3 zmax=8 /usr/local/fsl/bin/tsplot . -f filtered_func_data Cannot open volume ./stats/pe1.hdr for reading! mkdir tsplot Finished FEAT at Wed Dec 22 16:00:38 EST 2004 To view the FEAT report point your web browser at C:/cygwin/home/lipton/data/20041221Clyde/fmrib.feat/report.html
