Hi Mark, sorry for my rather minimalistic mail. Analyze input to Mcflirt is not corrupted. I am doing intensive logging from my scripts and everything looks fine (datatype, scaling, ... and especially the dim4 entry :-). All the other options do work (e.g. stages, stats, mats)! I have no clue what might be causing the problem. Best Thomas
