Call for Papers -
The deadline for short abstracts to be
received at the NADO Office (preferably by e-mail to [log in to unmask]) has been extended to
Friday 16 January.
Theme:
Student Lifecycle
approach to support in Further and Higher
Education
Support is divided into the
following areas:
- Aspiration
raising
- Pre-entry
- First
semester
- On-course
- Progression
It is intended that conference could showcase examples of
good practice in these areas through presentations, workshops, focus groups
etc.
2. NADO News - Spring
2004
Contributions are warmly invited for the next edition -
deadline Friday 23 January.
3. Spring Conference on Dyslexia

A provisional booking has been made for Thursday 11
March at Diskus, Transport House, 128 Theobalds
Road, London WC1 (nearest underground - Holborn). Confirmation and
booking forms to follow.
This one-day Conference will discuss the
subject of dyslexia when combined with the following:
- Hearing impairment
- Visual impairment
- English as a foreign language
- Other chronic medical
conditions.
