Dear Colleagues,
Apologies for the delay in issuing the minutes of the
last CHESS meeting (Attached and will soon
be available on the Skill website).
The next meeting is on 8th
June, kindly hosted by University of Wolverhampton.
The meeting will
incorporate a half day Headstart development opportunity for those interested in
and those already providing language support for D/deaf
students.
The morning of the CHESS meeting will be facilitated as a
seminar, and offer two sessions: one for those thinking about offering language
support and one for those already offering language support.
The
afternoon will cover the regular CHESS agenda.
Refreshments and lunch
will be provided.
If you are interested in attending the morning or
afternoon session - or maybe both - please contact Louise Davies to book your
place (contact details below). Louise will
advise you of directions etc.
Kind regards,
Jannine
