Hi John, One area is certainly in that of the "Duty of Care" to others and linking this to a professional responsibility to disclose a situation that may expose self/others to risk in Professional courses and/or Placements (fitness to practice issues). Also responsibilities to Support Workers and to updating services of changes in needs or other important changes.
