	people, to lead on all education related areas, including policy, research
	and practice.
	
	You will be highly motivated and able to inspire and lead people at all
	levels.  Whilst being a team player, you will also be able to manage complex
	change.
	
	To fulfil the requirements of the job, you will need a thorough
	understanding of Government initiatives and policies related to SEN.  You
	will have a proven track record of negotiation at high levels and be an
	excellent communicator.
	
	A Criminal Records Bureau check will be sought from the successful
	candidate.
