Here's a brain teaser...

Students from the Channel Islands can apply for DSAs from their funding
authority. My understanding is that this is similar to UK DSAs but different
in that it is means-tested.

Should universities be funding support for disabled students who have been
unsuccessful in getting DSA from the Channel Islands?

The implication of their failing the means-test is that they can afford to
pay for support themselves, so should universities be funding support for
these students when funding for non-UK disabled students is so limited?
