£27,636 - £33,582 (PO1/3) plus Performance Related Pay

*       Are you a fast learner who can assimilate information quickly and
from a variety of sources?
*       Do you have a strong administrative background?  Can you prioritise
a complex workload and manage competing demands on your time?
*       Are you an enthusiastic problem solver with an eye for detail?
*       Do you have good IT application skills and the aptitude/ability to
develop them further?

You might be the person we need to join a multi-tasking team.  This is a
challenging and demanding role and you will be expected to perform to a high
standard across a wide range of duties.  These will include:

*       Assisting with the development of key policies and procedures
relating to the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Freedom of Information Act
2000.
*       The collection, management and provision of corporate information.
*       The manipulation of statistical and performance data.
*       Problem solving; developing systems and procedures.
*       Offering advice and guidance based on an interpretation of complex
legislation.
