The first part is the 8.00am news headlines (including the item on the DPA), and the interview starts at about '8.09' and goes on for about 10 minutes. RT makes a robust defence of the Act (whilst admitting that some terms such as 'data subject' and 'Schedule 2' are obscure to the layman - surely not!!), and also makes a 'robust' attack on organisations 'hiding behind' the DPA as an excuse for other 'failings'.
