Can we really and do we really really want to..(sorry!! - not really a Spice fan) repeal the Act? Coming from Local Govt background - money appears to be short all round - perhaps we should be complaining to the DCA asking them to give the OIC more money...or draw up a Business Plan for OIC.....and it's not even Friday..................

Strictly speaking, the UK Parliament could repeal the Data Protection Acts,
providing that it repealed the single European Act first...
This option appears to vanish once the European Constitution has been signed
