I understand the legal privilege exemption is quite restrictive - 'clarified
within the lawyers sphere' so legal advice would need to be taken on that.

Where the material is held by the clients solicitor, with them acting on
behalf of the client, the client will have full access to the material
anyway. So the legal privilege exemption is not a simple one to consider.
