I don't see this Susan. To me they are biographical (in a significant
sense(their work)), do have the individual as their focus (again their
work, nobody elses) and also do belong to a relevant filing system
(unique identifier).

In respect of the exemption?. The script evidences an examination

"Examination" means "any process for determining the knowledge,
intelligence, skill or ability of a candidate by reference to his
performance in any test, work or other activity" DPA Sch 7(8(5)) also
DPA Sch 7(9)Personal data consisting of...

i.e. The Act itself identifies the script data specifically as
'personal' - take some judgement to overturn that one.
