Is that while on trust busines that is conducted on trust premises or, on trust business and/or premises. If the latter, what will they say to the parents of a new born baby who is born with an illness that means that s/he will not live very long but cannot leave the hospital? Will they refuse to let parents have a picture?

Sounds a little strange.  There are obvious circumstances when it is
desirable and legitimate to use cameras in hospitals.  Why should
there be any difference if the technology is incorporated into a
mobile?

Surely the imp[ortant thing is to have a policy that photograhs
of people aren't normally to be taken without their consent
(although even then there may need to be exceptions).
