...............whether we as a Local Authority have a duty or obligation
to disclose the criminal record or ethnic origin in an application to a
Housing association?
Thank you for all your replies which helped clarify the situation, we
are subsequently amending the form to not include the criminal record
as this has no bearing on the purpose (it's up to the Housing
Association to prove otherwise or legal exemption) but will be retaining
the Ethnic question as this is used to consider housing people of a
similar ethnicity.
