The Act states we can charge a maximum of £10 for any subject access request and I stick to that - as we spent a fortune on photocopying costs for someone who wanted to cause us probs and he would have been likely to raise this with the OIC if we had charged for them.  No wonder our Council Tax keeps going up and our salaries don't!!!!
