In our update session in Manchester on 27th Jan we will spend about an
hour on Durant - we have also got the Legal Officer from the OIC to
speak on this Subject. Details from me if interested.

In relation to Durant, I think the arguments used to sustain the Courts
view on a narrow interpretation of personal data do not stand up to
scrutiny (e.g. against the Parliamentary record)
