As the holiday season is fast approaching I would therefore like to
remind members of maillists to set up a temporary suspension of their
membership whilst away.
If you have set up your personal logon with JISC mail then please use
that method otherwise send an email as follows:-
SEND ALL COMMANDS TO [log in to unmask]
CONTENT OF MESSAGE SHOULD READ
SET data-protection NOMAIL (insert the specific mail list)
or
SET * NOMAIL (for all your
jiscmail lists if you belong to more than one)
and when you return to work
SET data-protection MAIL
or SET * MAIL
You can get a list of commands from the Home Page at
http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/ and select HELP/COMMANDS
