I have been asked a couple of questions which I thought I needed to consult
further about.

1) If we sent a magazine containing general meteorological information and
marketing material to a published list of flying schools, would this
contravene the DPA, or should we contact them to gain consent first?

2) If we sent a similar mailing to customers internationally, are we still
constrained by the same rules or must we consider equivalent Data Protection
Acts from the recipient's country?

Thanks in anticipation,

P.S. I have created this email address to prevent attracting spam to my work
