Isn't it odd! If you film me doing (as the US State of Georgia now teaches
in its schools instead of the word sex [oh, unless it means "gender"])
"Co-operative acts designed to procreate the species" inside my home by the
window in full public view, I am not doing something illegal and I suspect
you cannot be prosecuted for it as a sexual offence. If you film me in "an
act of elimination" (I do not mean killing the idiot at M$ who makes Outlook
block attachments!) then it may well be an offence!

Days like these I am SO glad we "just" look at DPA etc!

But wouldn't this count as voyeurism under new Sexual Offences Act 2003?
Changing rooms would appear to be covered, and toilets are mentioned
explicitly.
