Notwithstanding the DP issues it would be alittle surprising if the
financial institutions do not have some security statement in their
agreements with retailers to guard against this type of potential shoulder
surfing.  After all they are the ones who will be paying the bill for much
of the resultant fraud. A pity the individual has the early grief.
