A good idea in principle as it is very easy to use these sorts of things covertly, and unfortunately that means that enforcing a ban might not be practical. However there is nothing wrong in placing signs requesting them not to be used and warning persons being caught that they may face <insert punishment here> if they are being used in an inappropriate way...
