If the CSA have followed the legislation completely they would not ask you
for any details without positively identifying the individual, so you could not
disclose another person's details - even if the law did require it.

If they have not given you the person's full name, last known address and
their NI number, they have not given you enough detail to warrant **any**
disclosure.

I cannot state for certain whether bank details would be included in the
legally required disclosure but without a liability order I would doubt it.

There have been cases recently where information blaggers have claimed to be
CSA officers, so please ensure the letter is genuine and do not accept faxed
requests as these are too easy to fake.
