Knowing what planning applications have been filed is a useful service. Even more so if on the Internet, as one can't always visit the planning department on a regular basis. If the affected addresses are listed (which would be a natural requirement) that's good enough. I don't need to know the name or address of the applicant where they are private individuals, online; all I was alluding to earlier was that the applicant will often be living at the affected address. -- Roland Perry ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ All archives of messages are stored permanently and are available to the world wide web community at large at http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/data-protection.html If you wish to leave this list please send the command leave data-protection to [log in to unmask] All user commands can be found at : - http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/help/commandref.htm (all commands go to [log in to unmask] not the list please) ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
