Whatever the answer it's a good example of what not to do for inclusion in
my in-house courses.
As the matter is already in the public arena it could be helpful to learn
what action the Home Office is going to take to prevent future breaches of
the Seventh Principle - and to learn of the IC's reaction to the breach.
