A colleague of mine is a member of the board of a church and a school that
is afiliated with that church. Recently it has occurred to them (the board
that is) that Data protection as a whole has been in the background - they
are aware of it, but have nothing written down in terms of policy or
procedures.
They just want to start doing this. What do they need to bear in mind,
considering the fact that children and adults of both sexes are involved
here. DP wise what and where do they start?
Can anyone point me to sites and reference for them to access. Has this
been discussed within this forum?
