What is the norm for opt-in versus opt-out clauses/tick boxes these days?
There are good business reasons for continuing to use opt-out but is the
Information Commissioner getting very grumpy about the use of opt-out
rather than opt-in?
Is there any firm guidance or generally accepted practice on this?
