A new query to start the week
We all know that to touch council tax data for any other purpose is
strictly forbidden (LGFA1992 Sch2) except for voids and empty properties
(LGA2003 S85) but what about non domestic rating (LGFA1988) where personal
data is shown. Do normal DPA rules apply or is there some special
prohibition like in Council tax or income tax (Finance Act 1988)?
