***** THIS EMAIL WAS SENT VIA THE INTERNET ***** Will they not know who the officials are anyway? D -----Original Message----- From: Sara Jane Newbon [SMTP:[log in to unmask]] Sent: 02 February 2004 11:35 To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Redacted Information ***** THIS EMAIL WAS RECEIVED FROM THE INTERNET ***** Dear All, We have a SAR from a particularly difficult solicitor, as their clients have been threatening and violent, many of our officials have requested that either their names are removed or that job titles are put in place. Is there grounds to do this? As far as i understand copies of the information must be provided, not necessarily coies of the original? Am I right in thinking that redaction in this instance is OK? Many Thanks in Advance Sara Jane Newbon ********************************************************************** This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
