Granted - but if they are working with photos of cars all day they should
have a little bit of knowledge :-)

I put the letter to them in the post yesterday. Gave them the same generous
14 days that they gave me to pay at a discount - told them that otherwise
I'd write to TICO.

If it's anything like a similar case that's happened to somebody living in
this area, I've probably got a hobby for life corresponding with TfL. I can
feel an invoice for my time coming on :-))
