Focusing on issues and developments of pan-European relevance or interest, the eGovernment Observatory aims to become the reference pan-European information source for the community of e-government professionals. This event is based on the project?s results after an investigation into the best pedagogical practices and approaches that ensure quality in training for learners. The conference will bring together many e-learning experts from all over Europe and it is hoped that as a result of the conference, persons in charge of public and private education services, on a national, regional and local level will be able to adjust their strategic approach to the development of e-learning, bearing in mind that the essential principle is that e-learning should be available for all, throughout life.
