Stephen Coleman will take part in a discussion with the Information, Communication & Society Journal Editor, Brian Loader and an invited audience at the Oxford Internet Institute, which will be broadcast on the internet via - www.infosoc.co.uk The presentation will start at 17:00 GMT.
