Hi Rachel,
This is part of the Portal System. It’s a module that can be deployed on any of the Tab areas, along with many other modules provided by the portal. If you don’t have the PS I don’t believe you’ll be able to use it.

I have access to University of Glamorgan's Blackboard and have noticed an item on the 'My Institution' page called 'Student Information' (allows you to display text targeted to all students), which I think may be a Building Block. I have had a look through the Building Blocks catalogue on Blackboard's website but have not been able to find it. Does anyone know where I may be able to access this?
