Hi Steve,

Way back in the dim and distant past, a Bb trainer was at an early
Durham meeting and said that one US institution had put arbitrary limits
on to monitor usage. When one course seemed to start 'filling up' they
were able to check the reason and it turned out that students were using
Bb as a means of storing and sharing music files. So an arbtrary limit
on quotas might be a little help to keep a check on things...

Regards

Paul

I was wondering if anyone has done anything with quotas within courses,
and how this has affected academics and the way they use content . With
content rapidly expanding in volume it can be easy to reach capacity in
memory in a short space of time. Has anyone encountered this problem
and are there any solutions short of buying more hardware to store data.
