We've recently been experincing a problem with Blackboard where
uploaded package files won't unpackage. For example when a NLN material zip
is uploaded to the course documents area and a user tries to open it they
recieve a 404 page not found error. This problem seems to be universal to
Zipped files. The files themselves operate fine when opened offline. Is
this a problem that has occured to anyone else?
