Williams, for hard cash I purchased photocopies of the following from Swarthmore
College:
New Reform Club Annual Reports for 1904 and
1906
and two NRC publications:
Gopal Krishna Gokhale, 'India and Imperial
Responsibility', 1905 published by the NRC's India Committee
Alexander J. Wilson, the Profligate Waste of
Imperialism, 1905
I am happy to lend these to anyone
interested.
