Race Equality ’ – not just a ‘black’ issue?

‘Race’ equality is everyone’s responsibility.  It makes a difference not only to the relationships that we have with each other, but also to our collective opportunities to fully participate in, and benefit from, the society in which we live.

 

b:RAP is looking for outstanding individuals, to join a progressive organisation at the ‘cutting edge’ of addressing discrimination in Birmingham. We require skilled and open-minded individuals to work as part of our dynamic team.

 

 

Deputy Director - 32k- 35k – this post is suited to an individual who has considerable experience of fundraising, management of projects and staff, excellent interpersonal skills, in addition to a comprehensive appreciation of equality issues or social policy.

 

Equality Policy Officer - 24k – 28k (3 posts) – for individuals with expertise in health, regeneration or training and development.  You will also have experience of policy development in the area of social policy or equality, coupled with the willingness to ‘specialise’, initially, in one of the above areas.
