FW: Research project: Understanding Slavery Initiative ITT and CPD

I could be quite wrong, but I believe the publication prepared for schools by the NMM does NOT begin with Africa prior to the incursions by Europeans. Thus there is no Africa prior to slavery and being an African = being of slave origins. I just hope I am wrong!
