Can I also add my thanks as we have been looking into these issues in higher
education for a HEFCE project.  I would have liked to have known if
assistive technology had any impact on the lives of the individuals or was
used as a method of communication and support.  I would also be interested
to hear from others if they have worked in this way with individuals who
have mental health difficulties - using e-mail support, discussion groups or
any other enabling technologies that may not necessarily come under the
usual headings of AT.
