Dear All, If you are planning to go to the London Region AGM, please take the opportunity and allow time to see Connected London, a temporary exhibition on the history of telecommunications in London. This is a Connected Earth related exhibition, and has some stuff from BT Archives on display. The 1920s exhibition also has some of our archives and artefacts on display, though this is a pay to view exhibition. Fine examples of cross domain and collaborative working! NEXT MEETING: The next London Region meeting will be the traditional summer Saturday meeting, this year at the Royal Free Hospital on 17 July. We are planning to organise a picnic on Hampstead Heath beforehand, weather permitting. The theme will be specialist repositories and strange collections, so if anyone has ever dealt with particularly unusual collections or items in the course of their archival career, do let the committee know.
