Dear colleagues The Technical Advisory Service for Images (TASI) will shortly be announcing details of our new training workshop programme for 2004. In the meantime we are running two of our most popular workshops at the end of this month. http://www.tasi.ac.uk/training/ Image Capture - Beginners, Friday 23rd January Image Capture - Intermediate, Friday 30th January These two workshops, from our digital imaging series, can be taken separately or together. The Beginners course provides an introduction and overview of digital imaging and practical exercises using a scanner and digital camera. The Intermediate course is for those who have taken the Beginners course or have some experience of image capture. It introduces more advanced scanning and image optimisation techniques as well as monitor calibration and the calculation of scanner resolution settings.
