          Labouring to better effect: studies of services
                      for women in early labour

Research IA/B (£18,265 - £21,125 p.a. pro rata: pay award
pending)

These two 0.6 fte posts are available for a fixed term of
18months from 1 April 2004 to work on studies of services
for women in early labour funded by the NHS
SDOprogramme.

Postgraduate research interviewing experience is essential
(preferably in health or social science) as are high-quality
interpersonal skills and an interest in maternityservices.
Occasional travel in Wales will be necessary.

The research will be supervised by Josephine Green and
