Dear allstatter,
I would like to ask if anyone knows of any good references to goodness
of fit or model checking methods for a Cox model with time-dependent
covariates in survival analysis. I can fit this model in SAS, but would
like to investigate how well the model fits the data. Any suggestions
would be much appreciated. I'll summarise and post the responses to
this list.
