Join a biopharmaceutical company developing novel products to prevent scarring or accelerate healing following surgery, trauma, or injury. They have a portfolio of drugs to address these markets in Phase I and Phase II of Clinical Development, as well as a rich pipeline at all stages of Pre-clinical R&D.
Clinical Statistician
Located Manchester, UK
Reporting to the Medical Director you will have performed statistical analysis of clinical trials and have experience of report writing preferably in a biotech / pharmaceutical company or CRO environment. Of graduate calibre you will have a relevant professional qualification. Knowledge of regulatory compliance would also be preferred with experience of liaison with the US and European regulatory authorities.
The role will involve:
· Drafting of RAPs in liaison with Clinical Data Managers
· Performance and reporting of all statistical analyses
· Interpretation of analyses and support of final report writing
· Adhoc clinical statistical advice and analysis
· Data mining
· Provide statistical powering for trials
· Appropriate input & joint responsibility with the Medical Writer for the final Clinical Report
· Input into trial design
· Provide statistical advice and analysis for Pre-clinical experiments e.g. powering calculations for Home Office Inspectors
