Online course - Logistic Regression: Oct. 15 – Nov. 19

Dr. Joseph Hilbe will be giving his online course in logistic regression
(modeling binary outcome data) at statistics.com Oct. 15- Nov. 12. The
course will cover fitting algorithms, interpretation of coefficients,
model-building strategies, assessing fit, what to do with correlated data,
matched case-control data, polytomous regression, ordinal regression, and
exact logistic regression.

Joseph Hilbe, the instructor, is the author of “Generalized Linear Models
and Extensions” and “Generalized Estimating Equations,” and is software
reviews editor for “The American Statistician.”

As with all online courses at statistics.com, there are no set hours when
participants must be online, and you can interact with the instructor over
a period of 4 weeks via a private discussion board. Course work requires
about 10 hours per week.
