(2) Evans, Hastings and Peacock "Statistical Distributions" describes links that can easily be put into a map. (3) W. G. Gilchrist, 'Statistical Modelling with Quantile Functions', 2000, Chapman and Hall, a number of maps showing links for distributions of relevance to reliability, etc. Regards Martin
