CONTRACTOR : Medical statistician / SAS programmer Salary £25,451 - £33,679 A contract statistician is required by the University of Oxford Diabetes Trials Unit, for a collaborative project working on genetic analyses of the UK Prospective Diabetes Study. The post holder should have experience of medical analyses, including proportional hazards models and logistic regression and be skilled in the use of PC SAS for analysis and reporting results. Experience in statistical genetics – especially linkage disequilibrium and haplotype-based analyses – would be an advantage. The contract is for a minimum of six months.
