Happy New Year! We are doing a retrospective study in a group of patients who received a specific treatment. The aim is to look at if the length of the pre-treatment period is related to the survival after the treatment, whether there is any relationship between the duration of pre-treatment and the survival after the treatment. Does Cox model still apply in this case using the duration of the pre-treatment as a predictor? Any suggestion would be much appreciated. Thank you very much for your help.
