TQM, BPR & Six Sigma: What is the difference?
Over the past 20 years industry has seen a number of "quality
improvement" initiatives: Total Quality Management, Business Process
Re-engineering and now Six Sigma. Is there any difference? Does it matter?
Is Six Sigma statistically valid and how long will it last? Even now it is
reforming into Design for Six Sigma. The speaker will answer these
questions and raise some more on the journey for continual improvement.
